Speak to Lead – an English Club to Help you Grow

The English Club for Personal Development and Leadership is a unique space where English learners go beyond grammar and vocabulary to express their true selves. In small, weekly Zoom groups, participants practice English through deep, meaningful conversations on topics like confidence, values, and leadership. It’s not a traditional class — it’s a coaching-style circle that helps learners gain fluency, clarity, and self-awareness. This is a place for real growth — in language and in life.

What if learning English wasn’t just about grammar and vocabulary… but about expressing your real voice?
Not just small talk, but deep, meaningful conversations — about who you are, what matters to you, and the kind of person you’re becoming.

Many English learners reach a point where they plateau.
They understand the language, but they hesitate to speak — especially when it comes to expressing opinions, sharing ideas, or having real conversations.

Why?
Because most English classes focus on textbook exercises, not real life.
Not the kind of English we use to lead, connect, grow, or be understood.

That’s why I created the English Club for Personal Development and Leadership.
It’s an online space where small groups come together to practice English through powerful conversations — on topics like confidence, resilience, emotional intelligence, and purpose.

Each week, four learners meet on Zoom.
Everyone speaks. Everyone is seen.
You improve your English and your self-awareness at the same time.

This isn’t a traditional English class.
It’s more like a coaching circle — where the goal is fluency, clarity, and self-expression.

You learn the language you actually want to use:
The language of courage. Of values. Of leadership.
And because the group is small and the topics are personal, people open up.
They grow. They surprise themselves.

My dream is to build a community of learners who aren’t just improving their English — they’re becoming better communicators, more confident leaders, and more thoughtful humans.

We start small, and we grow intentionally — through word of mouth, meaningful partnerships, and one powerful conversation at a time.

This isn’t just English practice.
It’s a space for transformation — in language and in life.

If this speaks to you — or you know someone who needs a space like this — let’s connect.
